APSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen and must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification: The Candidate must have completed 3 years diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology/ Civil & Planning from any technical institute recognized by AICYE.
The diploma course must be a Regular Full Time course. Diploma obtained through Distance mode of education will not be accepted.
Age Limit: The candidate must have completed 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on January 1, 2025.

APSC: One Time Registration(OTR)
- Candidates who have not registered earlier on the APSC Recruitment Portal, they are required to complete One Time Registration(OTR) process.
- Candidates must visit official recruitment Portal of APSC or the official registration link of APSC Recruitment Portal is provided in the “Important Link” section in this article.
- Click on the “Register Here” link, then a registration form will be opened
- Fill your details – Applicant’s Full Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Caste Category, Address, Valid Mobile Number and Email ID
- Verify Your Mobile Number and Email ID and Click on Register Button
- Your One Time Registration(OTR) Process has not been completed yet. After Register Your Mobile Number, You have to Login using registered mobile number and password.
- Once logged in, You have to fill Personal Details, Educational Details and upload necessary documents including Passport Size Documents and Signature.
- After completing all these steps, Your One Time Registration(OTR) will be completed.
