Selection Process of IDBI Junior Assistant Manager
The Selection Process shall comprise of the following steps: Online Test/Computer Based Test(CBAT), Document Verification(DV), Personal Interview(PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test(PRMT).
Exam Pattern of IDBI Online Test/Computer Based Test(CBAT)
The Computer Based Online Test for the recruitment of IDBI Junior Assistant Manager shall comprise of the following section: Logical Reasoning , Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Knowledge. The medium of the Online Test except English language will be English and Hindi. There will be Sectional Timing. The Marks distribution among the sections are as follows:

Penalty for Wrong Answer: There will be penalty for wrong answers in all sections. For each wrong answer, one-fourth i.e. 0.25 will be deducted as a penalty.
Document Verification (DV) & Personal Interview(PI)
Based on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Online Test, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview. However the marks obtained by the candidates in Online Test will not be shared with any candidates before Final Merit List. The Personal Interview shall be of 100 marks. In Personal Interview, the candidates will have the option to answer the question in Hindi or English. The Document Verification will be done on the same day before Interview Process.
Final Selection
The Final Merit List will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Online Test(OT) and Personal Interview(PI). Candidates whose names appear on the Final Merit List will be called for the Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). The final offer of employment would be issued to candidates who found medically fit as per Bank’s Medical Fitness Standard.
