1. Vice President – Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager)

  • Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025):
    • Mandatory: Graduation from a Government-recognised University/Institution.
    • Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks, or certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA.
  • Experience (as on 01.05.2025):
    • Essential: Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or AMCs.
    • Preferred: At least 6 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management.
  • Skills Required: Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, financial expertise, and client-centric approach.

How to Apply – SBI SCO Recruitment 2025

Step 1: Online Registration

  • Visit the official SBI Careers portal: SBI Current Openings.
  • Select Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2025-26/17.
  • Click on “Apply Online”.
  • Register yourself by providing basic details.
  • A Registration Number & Password will be generated. Note these down carefully.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

  • Log in using your Registration Number & Password.
  • Fill in personal, educational, and professional details.
  • Ensure all information is correct before submission.
  • You can save and edit the form up to three times before final submission.

Step 3: Upload Documents

Candidates must upload the following documents in the prescribed format:

  • Recent Photograph (20–50 kb, 200×230 pixels, JPG/JPEG).
  • Signature (10–20 kb, 140×60 pixels, JPG/JPEG).
  • Resume (PDF).
  • ID Proof (PDF).
  • PAN Card.
  • Educational Certificates (PDF) – Mark sheets/Degree.

Selection Process – SBI Recruitment 2025

The selection process will consist of shortlisting, interview, and CTC negotiation. Final merit will be based on interview performance only.

Step 1: Shortlisting

  • Meeting minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview call.
  • A shortlisting committee constituted by SBI will decide the parameters.
  • Adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted.
  • Decision of the Bank regarding shortlisting is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Step 2: Interview

  • Interview will carry 100 marks.
  • Qualifying marks will be decided by SBI.
  • No correspondence regarding qualifying marks will be entertained.
  • Interviews may be conducted in personal, telephonic, or video mode.

Step 3: CTC Negotiation

  • Conducted one-by-one with candidates during or after the interview process.
  • Negotiation will be based on candidate’s experience, current emoluments, and place of posting.

Step 4: Merit List

  • Prepared in descending order based on interview scores.
  • If multiple candidates score the same cut-off marks, ranking will be done by age in descending order (older candidate placed higher).
