Eligibility Criteria
Candidates appearing for the CUET UG 2025 must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for candidates.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed the Class 12 / equivalent examination or are appearing in 2025 can appear in the CUET UG 2025 examination. However, candidates must fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the university/institution/organization in which they are desirous of taking admission.

Examination Scheme
The CUET UG 2025 will be conducted in a Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Here are the key details of the examination scheme:
- Total Subjects: 37 (13 languages + 23 domain-specific subjects + 01 General Aptitude Test)
- Choice of Test Paper: Candidates may choose up to a maximum of five subjects, including languages and General Aptitude Test.
- Total Questions: 50 questions for each test paper, all compulsory.
- Duration: 60 minutes for each test paper.
- Shift: The examination will be conducted in multiple shifts depending on the number of candidates and subject choices.

Reservation Policies
The CUET UG 2025 follows the reservation policies as prescribed by the Government of India. Here are the key provisions:
- OBC-NCL, Gen-EWS, SC, ST: Indian nationals belonging to these categories are admitted under the seats reserved for them as per government rules.
- Persons with Disability (PwD) / Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, provides guidelines for the reservation and provisions for candidates with disabilities, including the use of scribes, compensatory time, and assistive devices.
Admit Card and Examination Schedule

- Reporting Time: Candidates should report at the examination center at least 02 hours before the commencement of the examination.
