2. Probationary Officer (Scale-I)

• Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
• Recognized by Govt. of India/UGC.
• Experience: NIL.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 Years

3. Risk Officer (Scale-I)

• MBA (Finance) / Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Econometrics with 60% marks.
• Preference: Certifications like FRM, CFA, IIBF Risk Management.
• Experience: NIL.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 Years

4. Chartered Accountant (Scale-I)

• Qualified CA from ICAI.
• Experience: NIL.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 Years

5. IT Officer (Scale-I)

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics OR MCA/M.Sc (IT).
• Minimum 60% marks.
• Experience: NIL.

6. Law Officer (Scale-I)

• LLB with 50% marks.
• Enrolled with Bar Council.
• Experience: NIL.

7. Credit Officer (Scale-I)

• Graduate + Full-time MBA/PGDM (Finance) with 60% marks.
• Experience: NIL.

8. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I)

• 4-year degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary/ Dairy/ Forestry/ Food Tech/ Agri Business.

9. HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I)

10. Manager – IT (Scale-II)

• Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years

11. Manager – Risk (Scale-II)

• MBA (Finance)/Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Econometrics with 50% marks.
• Experience: 2 years in Bank/FI/NBFC (Risk Dept.).
• Preference: JAIIB/CAIIB, SQL/MS Excel proficiency.
• Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years

12. Manager – Chartered Accountant (Scale-II)

• Qualified CA.
• Experience: 2 years in Bank/FI/NBFC/Audit Firms.
• Preference: JAIIB/CAIIB.

13. Manager – Law (Scale-II)

• LLB (50% marks).
• Experience: 2 years as Law Officer in Bank/FI OR 3 years practice as Advocate.

14. Manager – Security Officer (Scale-II)

• Graduate with 50% marks.
• Experience: 5 years as Officer in Army/Navy/Air Force (Captain rank or equivalent) OR Paramilitary (Deputy Commandant rank)
