IBPS PO 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To eligible for the BPS PO Recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
1. Nationality
Applicants must be:
A citizen of India, or
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, etc., intending to settle permanently in India.
Note: Non-Indian citizens must provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
2. Educational Qualification (as on 21.07.2025)
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess valid proof of graduation (degree/mark sheet) at the time of registration.
3. Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (i.e., candidates must be born between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2005, both dates inclusive)

IBPS PO Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The recruitment process for IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025 consists of three main stages:
Signature: Black ink, not in capital letters, 10–20 KB
Left Thumb Impression: On white paper with ink, 20–50 KB
Handwritten Declaration:Text to write: “I, _______ (Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” Size: 50–100 KB, in your own handwriting in English
Caste/EWS/PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
Valid ID Proof (for exam day only – Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

Selected candidates for IBPS PO 2025 will receive an attractive salary along with multiple allowances and benefits as per government banking rules.
IBPS PO Salary Structure
Basic Pay: ₹36,000 (as per 11th Bipartite Settlement)
Gross Monthly Salary (Approx.): ₹52,000 – ₹55,000
Components Include:
Dearness Allowance (DA): ~30–40% of Basic Pay (subject to revision)
House Rent Allowance (HRA): 7–9% of Basic Pay (depends on city category)
Special Allowance: ~7.75% of Basic Pay
