Eligible candidates must be:
- Citizens of India, or
- Citizens of Nepal, Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugees who came to India before 01.01.1962, or

Step-by-Step Application Process for RRB JE Recruitment 2025
Step 1: Create an Account (For New Applicants)
- Visit the official website of your chosen RRB. (Link is mentioned in the below section)
- Click on “Create an Account.”
- Fill in personal details like name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as per your 10th certificate.
- Once submitted, these details cannot be modified.
- If you’ve already created an account during earlier RRB recruitments, use the same credentials.
Aadhaar authentication is recommended for smoother verification. If skipped during account creation, you can still verify Aadhaar during application filling.
Step 2: Log In and Start Application
- Use your account credentials to log in. (Link is mentioned in the below section)
- Select your RRB, post preferences, and Railway Zones.
- You can apply to only one RRB. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
Step 3: Fill Application Form
- Enter educational qualifications, category details, and other required information.
- Ensure all entries match your official documents.
- Choose your exam group based on your qualification (mapped in Annexure A).
Step 4: Upload Documents
- Upload scanned copies of:
- Passport-size photo (live photo capture required)
- Signature
- Relevant certificates (as per Para 14.5)
- Follow the exact specifications mentioned in the notification to avoid rejection.
Step 5: Pay Application Fee
- Pay the fee online only via Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards.
- Fee details:
- ₹500 for General candidates (₹400 refunded after CBT)
- ₹250 for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Minorities/EBC (₹250 refunded after CBT)
Step 6: Final Submission
- Review all details carefully.
- Submit the application before 30 November 2025 (11:59 PM).
- Save a copy of the final application for future reference.
Step 7: Modification (if needed)
- If you need to correct any details (except RRB choice and account info), use the modification window from 03 to 12 December 2025.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₹250 for each modification.
Step 8: Scribe Details (if applicable)
- PwBD candidates requiring a scribe must submit scribe details between 13 to 17 December 2025.
