Educational Qualification
1. Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications
- Degree in Law from a recognized University
- Two years’ experience in handling court cases and legal matters or handling matters of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications
Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from a recognized University
2. Deputy Director (Examination Reforms)
- Ph.D in Humanities / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Technology / Law / Management / Finance / Accounts from a recognized University or Institute
- Five years post-qualification experience in teaching, research, examination reforms, educational testing, curriculum development, or online examinations
Desirable:
- One-year Diploma in Computer Application
- Two years’ experience in software applications
Age Limit
Examiner of Trade Marks & GI
- UR/EWS: 30 years
- OBC: 33 years
- SC/ST: 35 years
- PwBD: 40 years
Deputy Director (ER)
- OBC: 43 years
