    • New candidates must create an account with:
      • Mobile number
      • Valid personal email ID
    • Once created, details like mobile number and email cannot be changed.
  3. Read Instructions Carefully
    • Download and read the detailed notification.
    • Check eligibility for your chosen post
  4. Fill Online Application Form
    • Log in with your account credentials.
    • Enter personal details (Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth as per Matriculation certificate).
    • Upload scanned photo and signature as per specifications.
    • Select your preferred RRB and eligible post(s).
    • You can apply to only one RRB. Multiple applications → rejection.
  5. Fill Details of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates must fill up valid caste/disability certificates details.
    • EWS candidates must upload Income & Asset Certificate.
    • Minority candidates availing fee concession must upload declaration affidavit.
  6. Pay Application Fee
    • Fee payment is online only via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
    • General/OBC/EWS: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after CBT).
    • SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female/Minority/EBC: ₹250 (₹250 refunded after CBT).
  7. Submit Application
    • Review all details carefully before final submission.
    • Once submitted, you can modify details (except RRB, mobile number, email) during the modification window by paying a modification fee.
  8. Print Application Form
    • Save and print the application form for future reference.
    • No need to send printouts to RRBs
